Instructions for Abstract Preparation
Please read the instructions carefully before starting to submit your abstract. The abstract should be written in clear, concise English and include an interesting summary of the research. All abstracts must be submitted in English and must be submitted electronically. Therefore, no paper abstracts will be accepted. Abstracts not prepared correctly will not be considered for reviewing.

- Key Words: 12 font

WORD LIMIT: The abstract must be written within 500 words (excluding title, author names, affiliations, citation and references).

CONTENT: The submitted abstracts must contain the following (Also the attached Word File)

TITLE: The title must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS, except for scientific names which should be in upper and lower case forms and italicized.

Author's Detail: The presenting author's name must be underlined and in CAPITAL Letters.

Affiliations: The presenting author's Affiliation must be underlined and should include all Co-Author's Affiliations.

Introduction:

Objectives: State the main objective of the study.

Materials and Methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted.

Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics.

Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those parts directly supported by the results.

Reference with Citation
If any Images provided/mentioned, then its Citations Required (Mandatory)
If any tables provided/mentioned, then its Citations Required (Mandatory)

The presenting author and Co-Author's names, institutions, telephone, and email address must be provided.

Presenting author must register for the conference.

Abbreviations and acronyms should be defined at initial usage, excluding those for units of measurement and those that are well-known or extensively used.

The template to assist you in creating a poster or paper for oral presentation will be provided, once your abstract is selected.

Uniqueness, plagiarism, moral approval, and copyright: The originality of the research, the abstract, and the posters must all be guaranteed by the authors. Additionally, it is the authors duty to see that all photos, data, and research presented at this congress have received the proper ethical and regulatory permission, if applicable.

Deadline to intimate delegates about abstract selection is 20th October 2026.

Review Process
The submitted abstracts will be examined anonymously by the JAIPUR CRITICON-2026 Abstract Committee. The authors will be informed of acceptance/rejection of abstract and specification of final presentation through e-mail by 20th october 2026.
